The BRIDGE Centre for digital health at the Centre for Chronic Disease Control (CCDC) is working to ensure digital healthcare equity. The goal is to identify and develop equitable digital health solutions, speak out against issues of digital health disparity, and promote equitable solutions to attain universal health care.
We work extensively towards upskilling and strengthening the capacity of the existing healthcare workforce through our capacity-building initiatives. Our focus is improve their knowledge, core competencies and skills in diagnosis and management of chronic conditions.
Our innovative healthcare delivery solutions is aimed at enhancing access to quality of care. Utilising the potential of digital health technology and telemedicine, we have developed a scalable, cost-effective and environmentally sustainable model with the ability to increase health awareness, improve health outcomes and help achieve the goal of universal health coverage.
Our support initiative is intended to unleash the potential of digital health innovations through evidence-based insights for India and beyond. The program aims to strengthen the fundamentals of digital health innovations and pave the way for health innovators to receive the critical support they need to successfully bring their innovations to market and make a positive impact on public health
