Certificate Course in Cardiovascular Disease & Stroke (CCCS)

CCCS was a uniquely designed once – a – month training program for Primary Care Physicians conducted on a designated weekend. It was aimed to improve patient outcomes by enabling prevention, early diagnosis, evidence based treatment of cardiovascular diseases and stroke, and establishing a strong referral linkage. A total of 1743 PCPs have been trained over two cycles from across the nation. The program was also adopted nationally and internationally to train their medical officers.
