CCMH was a joint certification program, conceptualized to provide exceptional education to physicians who seek to improve their practice in management of hypertension. The course aimed to develop a standard teaching protocol and module for evidence-based learning in hypertension supported by a strong monitoring & evaluation strategy. Additionally, the course also served as a platform to build a network of primary care physicians and specialists in the field of hypertension. The CCMH initiative was widely successful and over 2000 primary care physicians were trained/enrolled during the course of four cycle and from various state govt. and PSU collaborations. We are currently in collaboration with AHA (American Heart Association) to develop an LMS platform to train physicians all over the world.
