SAATH

SAATH is a comprehensive CSR initiative focused on village-level primary healthcare, designed to address critical healthcare gaps in rural Karnataka through an integrated model combining trained health professionals, eHealth technology, and community-based health education. Building upon the successful DigiSetu telemedicine platform (which has delivered 45,000+ consultations since 2021), this project will establish two health service sites serving 10 village clusters each in Kolar and Bangalore Rural districts.
